In this project I was tasked with sourcing and providing backing music for the advertisement, find voice over talent, arrange studio time to track the voice over, and mix/finalize the video. One big strength I was able to exercise in this project was using my editing skills to determine the original tempo of the ad. Using this knowledge I was able to source a song in the preferred genre at the original tempo. This helped keep all visual edits in sync with the backing track.
Sourcing the voice over talent, tracking, and mixing the vocals took less than 30 minutes with the help of my classmate Alexis Cordero on the mic.
