Given a fictional band, concert date, and time, our assignment was to create an email for an individual on a fictional email list using mailchimp. Since human attention spans are now shorter than goldfish, I wanted to make a simple and short email showcasing the event using as little words as possible. I added the name of the person sending the email to personalize our relationship with him, made a short and simple subject line that pops out to the person receiving the email, added humor to the email with a meme and wrote as little as possible to showcase all the details about the event with a call to action to get tickets.
